By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.1.-Payments and Refunds.- I accept payment in USD. I use Payment Invoice only.
- Full Payment must be paid and cleared before I start your commission.
Non-payment within 48 hours when claiming the slot will result in the commission being cancelled.Refund Policy- If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be given once I’ve started your commission.2.-Contact.- Discussion of commissions will be conducted via email [email protected] or Discord Dess #4892- Visual Reference Guidelines Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.3.-What I Will / Won't DrawI will draw

Mecha / Explicit Gore / Realism / Certain Fetish or any Illegal.NSFW Commissions- All NSFW commissions will be posted to my Furaffinity, Patreon and Twitter, however you may request to remain anonymous.- You MUST be +18 to purchase NSFW art from me.Anyway If you are unsure if I'm willing to draw your particular commission, feel free to ask!4.-Commission Process.
- If I have accepted your commission, you will receive an Paypal Invoice within 1-3 days. Once paid I'll send you a sketch to be approved. During this stage you may ask for changes to your liking.
- After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. So please be absolutely sure you are happy with it.
- If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.- Commissioner can request (WIP) Work in Progress at any part of the process.
- Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 2 to 4 weeks. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.- After your commission is completed, the high resolution image will be send to you.5.-Disclaimers- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.- All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.- The client has my permission to repost the artwork where they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Instagram , DeviantArt , Twitter , Youtube) and my watermark / signature remains intact and unaltered. The artist may post the finished artwork as well.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.
